Directions: From Winnsboro, take Hwy 34 (Newberry Road) West, turn on Meadow Lou Lane, continue to the end of Meadow Lou Lane, and proceed on the dirt road, property will be located on the left down the power line right-of-way, and look for survey markers and signs.

Dove fields are abundant. Several nearby public lakes and watersheds provide areas for fishing year-round. The watershed offers fishing.
Roads and Entrances: From Hwy 34, Meadow Lou Lane is a county-maintained road that eventually dead ends into a dirt road easement. The dirt road easement meanders to a major overhead utility right-of-way, upon reaching the ROW, the property is down the hill to the left. A small sign and survey markers are posted.
Airports: The nearest commercial airports are Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT) and Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE). The Fairfield County Airport is also located nearby for smaller private aircraft.
